Western Express are a four piece country band with an authentic sound, covering the whole spectrum of country. The line-up comprises lead, rhythm, bass guitar and drums, and can be augmented by a fiddle player if required.
The Western Express repertoire features both new and traditional country material, including songs from artists such as Alan Jackson, Clint Black, Mary Stuart, George Strait, Dwight Yoakum and Steve Warrener. Among the traditional country artists songs performed by the band are Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash, Hank Williams, Don Gibson, Charley Pride, Kenny Rogers and Gordon Lightfoot, the mix can be varied to suit the tastes of different audiences.
